- The Covid 19 pandemic has impacted USPS and FedEx, and shipping times may be longer than usual.

- Lost package: Please keep in mind that if a delivery attempt fails, an order may be delivered to a neighbor. The driver’s discretion governs delivery to a neighboring address. Orders requiring signatures that cannot be delivered will be returned to the warehouse.
- If the package is missing lost, we will help customers to contact the carriers. Customers choose either replacement with another package or get the full refund.
- If customers provide the wrong shipping address that leads to lost or returning to sender, the best solution we can help customers is to replace or refund, but customers will be the one who is responsible for the shipping fee if they want us to replace with another package.
